Common Questions

Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Every workout is scaled by the coach. We have brand-new beginners and competitive athletes in the same class.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Memberships are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What should I bring to my first class?
Water, athletic shoes, and a towel. We have everything else. Show up 10 minutes early so we can get you set up.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes — 1-on-1 and small-group personal training with certified coaches. Packages start at 2 sessions per week.
